ALAN GI know the pick up and drop off locations have nothing to do with the charges. So this comment is for corporate, when I rented the trailer I noticed on the receipt it was for 5 days. I returned it in 2 days. Some sort of credit would be nice.

BRADLEY PIt was very inconvenient that the person helping drive the uhaul got my account suspended because an over due payment when he works for a moving company and has proof he paid for his bill took over 3 hrs to get resolved and I was needed that time to get out of a domestic abuse situation for my safety so that made everything harder and more inconvenient. The customer service help line needs to be more ontop of their service and not take their time to try to over explain bills and argue with customers when they have proof of payment. Very upsetting experience with that because it made my abuser more mad cause I wasn’t able to get everything moved out in one day so he was able to break and steal more of my valuables.
