The staff at this location was courteous, professional and cooperative all that one would want in arranging for a moving vehicle. Moving is super stressful so any encounter that makes a step in the process smoother is truly appreciated. Jen was great, friendly and efficient. Will recommend this location.

Virginia was wonderful. She was very helpful and thorough. I would rent again at this location. It would be nice if there were maps available (free or to purchase). Thanks

Uhaul truck reservations delayed my checkout by 11/2 hour. Delay.

I took the truck in knowing there was 10 min before close. The woman at the counter was in a hurry to rent out another vehicle and she took down the mileage. She didn't check the vehicle back in on the spot but said she would do it in the morning as long as everything was in good order. I agreed but the next day i get a call and she says I owe a $30 fee for leaving the vehicle under a quarter of a tank. I only used 2 gallons of fuel and was ok with paying the uhaul price to replace this fuel. But to add the $30 was ridiculous. I would have added the fuel since I really didn't need to bring back the truck till the next day.

You absolutely MUST warn customers that the truck is equipped with a governor that prevents speeds over 75mph...and it should be posted on the actual vehicle to notify other drivers who are in a hurry

Just a deserted auto repair shop. The sign that it was a U-Haul location was barely visible, no U-Haul trucks onsite to even clue me in, luckily I had the address. Placing the dolly in the cab was a pain in the ass.

Nice people. Great rental experience, though the job I had to do was not so great ... moving sucks!

Terrible experience. First the location has no level ground so one can't confirm the amount of gas in the tank, which you have to agree to. In my case I signed for 1/2 tank but when I got the truck on level ground after driving away it was just over 1/4. Secondly the transmission failed twice, once being stuck in 3rd gear and another time giving no drive while trying to take off from an intersection. Barely coasted off the road. And all this over only 85 miles!
