Lee ACell connection is iffy. I was unable to complete the drop off because all the steps and photos kept dropping . After 7 hrs of round trip driving , packing and unpacking the van , it just about killed me to take an hour trying drop off. Also , I was not informed that after hrs drop off was a $20 fee. I could’ve dropped it off in the morning has I known that and saved myself a lot of pain and stress. This little job endec up costing almost $400 with gas. As for cleaning, I took the van knowing it hadn’t been “cleaned”:before pick up so I better not be charged to have it cleaned. It was left exactly as I took it. I’m not thrilled with U-Haul in general. No complaints about the location and the guy running it.
