The woman who appears to be in charge at 2985 W 29th St Ste C Greeley, CO 80631 spoke to me in an unprofessional manner during my pickup. While her demeanor improved upon my return, her initial behavior was unacceptable for someone in a leadership position. I was left with a strong impression that the customer service at this location needs serious improvement, starting from the top.

JOHN LThe lady at the front was too nosy to know why we need to add extra days to our rental and had no clue about charges even U-Haul has clearly overcharged us. The person fitting the trailer was completely condescending when asked about basic safety things such as parking or reversing with the trailer.
