This was another problem. My contract stated I was to deliver the truck to a different location. A couple hours before I delivered the truck and auto transport I got an email with a different address to deliver the vehicle and trailer. Again I called 1800uhaul they said to deliver it to the new address. I returned both the truck and auto transport after hours. The return was stressful I called the place in the morning to confirm everything was ok because the app said I still had the auto transport. The person I talked to said everything was fine I would get an email soon. I eventually got the email but the auto transport wasn’t on the receipt email so I called back. He said he would follow up that everything should be fine. A couple hours later I finally got an email confirming the auto transport was returned.

ALBERT PThis location is the only location I would recommend, other locations promise still have your equipment and then they don’t at the last minute. I made reservation reservations two weeks in advance, and I still spent two hours on the morning of my reservation, trying to figure out a location to get a truck from. U-Haul’s reservation system is very unreliable and their distributors don’t have any accountability..
