The woman that works inside was extremely rude, VERY unfriendly and VERY condescending!! İt took everything i had not to tell her exactly what i think. İf we didn't all of a sudden need the trailer, we would have gone somewhere else. She definitely shouldn't represent U-Haul!! We will never use that location again!!
