The u-haul system was down and required me to find a work around to access the truck. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. Online support was able to cover the gap and get us going all but a couple hours delay.

Started at their other location about 2 blocks away. Had a reservation and they could not find the truck. Sent me to the Chevron location and Miss Barbara took good care of me. The only problem with the truck was the very dirty cab of the truck. It had not been cleaned for quite some time. I would not have driven cross country in it. Utilized this truck locally for storage....
ROBERT STires had very little tread. Ended up tire blowing out on Oklahoma turnpike. 4 hour downtime to be resolved.
