There's no room to get a truck out of the place. Had to jump over the curb to get out.

GUSTAVO PWhen I arrived to drop off the trailer I rented, I could hardly believe this was a U-Haul facility. The parking lot is shared space with a gas station restaurant, and possibly other businesses. There really wasn't a place to park with a trailer while I completed the check-in process. This U-Haul location is run out of the gas station at this place. The person I worked with couldn't assist with unhooking or perform an inspection because "she was the only one clocked in". I simply signed a piece of paper stating I had returned the trailer and the appliance dolly. I was informed the trailer would be inspected in the morning and I would be informed if there were any issues. I was able to unhook the trailer in the storage lot without too much difficulty. I took pictures of everything for proof because I wasn't confident in the return process.
