ROLAND WThe cashier from U-Haul was very nice. The transaction and/or process of the U-Haul truck rental went smoothly. I had no issues with the vehicle, and I was able to return it before closing time.
NAOMI GWe were unable to get our driver's license to scan and upload into your system. We were told by staff that we would not be able to move forward with the rental without completing this step. The staff person then proceeded to take the picture and upload the information using his own personal phone. This is a huge risk to our personal information. This is not the only time that we have had problems with using the U-haul app. Within the past few months, we have had to use your services and every time there has been problems with the app. It has become such a huge problem that we question whether or not we will ever use your services again.
