I would absolutely recommend renting UHaul through the Green Valley Chevon. Though not traditional to get a UHaul from a fuel station, Chevron employees were very helpful and accurate in the giving and taking of information. They were polite and everything worked out well for us with the pick up and return of the vehicle.
Carol MVan was so dirty when we picked it up. Ordered a different model which was there but was told that one was not for us. Windows inside and out were dangerously dirty. Check engine light was one the entire time and AC blew hot air. For 8000 miles on this vehicle, it was in very bad shape. It should have been maintained better and at least cleaned out before we took it. Very unhappy with quality.
MICHAEL PComputer was down and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to just wand write the contract information and do it from a tablet. Gas level was wrong, so I had to go tell them it wasn't at 7/8 when picking up the truck, it was at 3/4. App wouldnt work so I couldnt take any pictures of the pre-trip truck condition. Employee said he didnt know what to do! Very disappointing. This used to be a good check out location, as I typically rent 8 trucks a year! Final straw, was put gas at the need back into it, and it couldnt print out a paper receipt. I had to go back inside for a receipt. Just issue after issue!
