I had a reservation to pick up a truck for Sunday the 19th at 2 pm. I talked to Larry 3 times last time was at 9:57 am. I got to the u-haul place and everything was down. Couldn't get any response for almost 2 hours. Not only could I not get a truck but had to go back the next day. I live in Richmond I had to pay for extra gas take off of work and pay someone to pick me up. All in all you cost me almost 250 to rent your truck. I look forward to hearing from you

This has nothing to do with Larry....the 6x12 trailer is insanely hard to get off the hitch. As in back breaking if the trailer is not in a good position. It took me 45 minutes of prying to finally get it free. I called the number listed and Larry answered the phone twice even though he was 500 miles away and it was Easter. He was helpful but those trailers, at their weight, need something to help someone get them off the hitch if no help is available.

Office was closed due to easter for truck return but the manager answered the phone and noted that the truck was returned..very nice man

On the app, make sure it is more visible to see the truck number. Plus, I was told it would be in lock box, it was just the key under the seat. Which is more efficient, but confusing if we expect it to be in a lock box.

My experience was fantastic. Larry was very nice and understanding and very helpful. I would definitely rent from him again in a heartbeat. He even had issues and had end up keeping the U-Haul an extra day and he was completely understanding and allowed us to do so. Don't only put 63 miles on a 2day rental. Don't say I can drop it off an hour later than the return time without being charged more and then charge me for a while extra day. Clean out the trucks before the next person rents the truck. Absolutely disgusted by the service this company has given me. Will never rent from UHAUL again.
