The vehicle wasn’t spotless but it wasn’t filthy. They back had few things on the floor. However I worked with it because it wasn’t a big deal. However, I was charged a $25 for cleaning fee when it was their negligence to clean. Apparently this vehicle came in and wasn’t inspected well. Also what was I charged a safe move fee of $17? I need my refund. I want told about that.

PAUL TMobile pickup was very glitchy - ended up having to speak with representative inside as well as UHaul representative later on the phone.
Kyle SThe representative that helped me at this location was a lifesaver after the reservation I previously had for the day of my move was canceled by the man at Sonomax when I went to pick up my van rental. He had confirmed the van was available but when I arrived 5 minutes later, he refused to give me the keys to the van outside. Thankfully, when I called the helpful lady at Storage Plus, she said she would be able to help me get a same-day reservation for a truck to assist with my move! She literally saved my life, since I wasn't able to speak to a U-Haul representative for over 45 minutes on the phone. I'm so happy for the people at Storage Plus, they truly fixed a horrible situation!
