This location is not welcoming. The online process is too long. Should I start doing the pickup registration before I reach the destination? Can I? because I'm getting tired of having to wait 15-20 min before I can get going with the truck. I already do the pre registration (license info and everything) every time. but simply impossible to get to the location and leave within 5 min. Too long. Also I clicked many time no Safe trip and somehow it got added to my contract. Not satisfied.

Mircea PToo many scanning requirements the registration process is way too tedious asking for photographs of my face and ID as well as scans of the vehicle is way to laborious for a simple car rental. I would consider other options in the future because the registration process is so annoying.
