The staff here was so kind! Both Tony and Ali took great care of us and were fun to chat to. The pickup and drop off was easy and the vehicle ran great even in the snow :) thanks guys!

It’s now everytime. I get regular insurance but not the roadside ($5 one) EVERYTIME, it automatically adds to my check. Stop this glitch. Also somehow i reserved a 9” van but ended up having a 10” truck. Maybe i made a mistdke but those are a lot of coincidences.

MCKENZIE MThe Good Vehicle Quality: The cargo van was new, clean, and well-equipped. It performed perfectly for the move. The Bad Missing Equipment: The location did not have the specific rental equipment I reserved in advance. Poor Service: The attendant was unprofessional and complained about my parking choice despite a lack of provided instructions and the vehicle being in a valid spot. Inaccurate Charges: I was charged for fuel despite returning the van with more gas than it had at pickup. Improvements Needed Ensure all reserved equipment that is bookable online for this location is staged and available. Provide clear return/parking instructions at pickup. Audit attendant to avoid fraudulent fuel overcharging.
