U-Haul itself stinks. You don’t have equipment I rented available ar this location. Manager tried to help but really nothing he could do as the problem is your platform. Tried to get help calling you and nothing. Asked for partial refund and only got refunded for the missing equipment- which was treated like to was generous. Giving me my money back for something you didn’t provide is not generous. Fair would have been refunding me some of the rental due to the time and extra costs incurred by having to solve a problem you created for me. You were a long long way from generous. Very disappointed.
Nathan RCustomer service isn't customer service, poor and low information plus they charged too much over 140 for not even 10 hours, I need to call a customer service of U-haul to refund me the over charge. I still got what I want from using the truck though.

Ella FIt’s now everytime. I get regular insurance but not the roadside ($5 one) EVERYTIME, it automatically adds to my check. Stop this glitch. Also somehow i reserved a 9” van but ended up having a 10” truck. Maybe i made a mistdke but those are a lot of coincidences.
