I would like some type of discount for using U-Haul. I booked my reservation for Pick-Up on August 14, 2026 at 12AM, when I went to go pick up the Truck through the app my reservation for pick-up was different from my actual email reservation time. The pick-up on the online app was 12PM and I ended up being 2 hours late for an event I was hosting because the store did not open till 9AM, I was supposed to be there at 7AM! I would like to continue with U-Haul however I would like to speak to someone so this will not happen again.

MARCUS BThe location didn’t have the truck I reserved there for pickup. I was advised it had possibly been stolen. I needed a 10’ and reserved a 15’. Ended up getting a 26’ truck for a one bedroom apartment move. Spent additional time and had to pay additional money to my movers waiting for me to arrive with my truck.
