Nothing to do with this location. But I had to go to 4 different u haul stores to get my rental even though I reserved a truck beforehand. The first place was amazing and very helpful. The person who I was on the phone with was absolutely amazing and super helpful with everything. The second place they were a little rude to us even though we were told to go there. Then this place was great as well.
