I was charged a cleaning fee, even though I returned my moving vehicle how I received it which is kind of disappointing. Also, online check-in doesn’t work because you’re gonna have to do everything in person too. The vehicle is driving. Said it had low air pressure and it needed oil change.

Instead of waiting for customers to get to the store, advise them IN ADVANCE that there will be a $300 dollar hold on their debit/credit cards. Also, advise IN ADVANCE if you don’t have the dolly that is ordered.

LYNN RThe truck drivers door was somewhat broken and was somewhat hard to close and open. I was asked by the lady if I knew what happened after I returned truck and had to call her back for an updated receipt to be sent to me via email. Maybe the people checking in these trucks should do a walk through of the truck before renting it out, and write down when these truck arrive damaged. I took photos before leaving the location upon renting the truck. Other than that the lady checking me in was very nice and professional and got me in and out in a timely manner.
WENDY MInterior of the van was dirty. Windshield had something splashed on the interior, as well as the air outlets. The change oil reminder was on, and there was no windshield washer fluid, as that warning light was also on. The front floors of the van were dirty with grass and other debris, and the steering wheel seemed to be coated with grime. The equipment needs to be cleaned before rented.
