Very easy to return truck to Battleground location. Also , want to say I was impressed in the truck's performance...especially in stretch with big hills.
Kenneth MThe owner did not honor the quoted rate and charged me $190 instead of $89. He did not honor the online check-in process. This location is a fraudulent experience. I am calling the national number tomorrow to make my complaint formal. This person should not be licensed.
GLEN PI was able to drop off the rental truck "after-hours" and appreciate the convenience of doing so, The location was a bit difficult to find and get to in the dark but it was manageable. The location was convenient in terms of proximity to my delivery point. I have no basis of knowledge for the service in terms of using it as a pickup location.
EDWARD EBetter customer service and someone with knowledge about renting a truck! I was charged 224 to hold the truck ok fine but once I returned the truck I was charged an additional 60 instead of taking the balance from the security deposit! Then of course nobody knows anything!
