Never ever under ANY circumstances use the automatic check -in app online! 😡It is hateful! Not well-written! And if you get stuck, you may be there for hours like I was!!! It was absolutely horrendous and completely unnecessary! Get it together UHaul! Either make it user friendly or forget about it!!!

Mike EI think the owner was off his rocker after paying storage for a year upon removing my belongings was harassed for using the dumpster to make sure the property was cleaned so I wasn't charged a fee for leaving anything ...but the receptionists is amazing
