Car Care 1 did a fine job. The mgr even helped me plan my route in an area I am not familiar with. However, I am very unhappy with the reservation process. I specifically requested a pickup to tow a small trailer. I was very clear about the necessity wiring and even called Car Car 1 to confirm it. Then, there was no receiver when I got there. I would think a receiver would be a no brainer. I was told that I could buy one. That is UNACCEPTABLE. I was very clear that I would be towing. The mgr made it right but not until I was on the phone with customer support.
