I got the box truck with half tank and when I'm done with it I put half tank as I got it and they charged me for fuel
Sliman aJust didn’t feel that the person where we picked it up communicated much. Apparently there were pictures, etc that we were to take on the equipment condition but he never mentioned it and I was so busy I never saw the text and by the time I got to it, it had expired. So,I never got to do any of that.
Donald Di got double charged for blankets, i also had to change pickup locations because whoever i talked to scheduled me for 10:00am pickup instead of 10:30 like we discussed over the phone so that was almost super bad being that i had one day to move, not that you guys care, but i made my pickup time and place specific for a reason so 1/10 customer service (the 1 is because he answered the phone) and the smoke shop location i could barely understand the guys english and when i dropped the truck off they called the manager and had me talk to him over the guys cellphone? hard time understanding him again, very displeased
