I did not receive the appliance dolly or the moving pads I ordered. I picked up the truck at 8am and the location opened at 9am. I returned at 9:15am to talk to someone to pick up the items and the location was closed and no one was there. It was only me and my husband moving our home so we did not have time to wait around. We even checked the back of the other truck on site to see if maybe they were put in the wrong truck, we had no luck. When I went to return the truck I put that I DID NOT agree with the charges as I did not get the $20 worth of items I ordered, and they were still charged. I WILL be reaching out for a refund. I would not recommend this location as it was very inconvenient not to receive the items I ordered and for the location to say they open ay 9am and then no one is there.
