I waited for over an hour for someone to show up. The business was closed. And no one was answering the phone. Once an employee showed up, he couldn’t find my account/confirmation. He had to call U-Haul to find me. I finally got the keys 90 minutes later than I was supposed to. The truck smelled like cigarettes and was left with a quarter tank of gas.
