JASON BWhen someone opts for an appliance hand truck and there isn't one going to be available the customer needs to be notified ahead of time, not upon arrival. The rep at the desk did little to help try and find one at another location and had to be prodded to call a location, they suggested, before the customer was told to try there. The truck leaked the rain and the bed had to be mopped with towels before loading. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I will never use that location again.
