He was an hour late, and then didn't inspect the truck or assist in any way. He just pointed to a stack of moving blankets and told me to get the ones I rented from there and that I could pull the truck up from the lot to the store to load those if it was easier. One of the least helpful people I have ever encountered.

I dropped off after hours...no issues.
CRAIG NThe vehicle was in a very rough shape, dash lights were on and it vibrated like crazy. It barely stopped brakes were in a bad shape and it was definitely not a good experience.

Blamed it on how he was “not a Uhaul” as he went for the contractor excuse and how he had “another job.” The uhual on the inside was not swept at all. It was a very bad experience top to bottom which is sad cause Ive dealt alot with uhaul and its all been positive in the past. This business location was bad though
Christopher MI dropped off the truck after hours, so I had no interaction with this locations. The APP failed when I tried to check it in by myself, so I had to call uhaul to let them know that I had left the truck after hours.
