The odometer reading was different from the printout, as was the gas tank. While waiting in line to be helped, the customer in front of me had the same problem. When I got out to my truck, the back was completely dirty, as if a potted plant had tipped over and the dirt spilled out without being swept up. Whoever is checking in your vehicles needs to be retrained.

Donna Alberson - was a huge help to me with getting wardrobe boxes in a Honda civic, it worked out perfectly with two mines together. And my truck rental experience was just as great, the back door got away from me when I needed to check before leaving and the door became stuck at the top and I wasn't able to get it down. I asked if she could get someone to help me and she volunteered and was able to get it unstuck to my surprise. Kudos to Donna.

The customer service at this location has always been second to none. When they realized that they would be short a truck for our rental they immediately called us this morning with an accommodation in mind. Kind and efficient is something I can appreciate.

Staff did not wear masks. There were 4 customers and n the location and ALL had a mask on. Just before picking up the keys to hand to me the clerk sneezed into her left hand and then picked up the key chain with that hand. Disgusting, even without Covid. I was able to slide the keys under a bottle of sanitizer and I loaded the keys with it. Had I had an option I would have walked out. It was clear that UHAUL employees care little about their customers.

Very disappointed in the app for self-checkin. Wasted a lot of time with that not working.


clean vehicles inside and out between rentals. bad odor inside and filthy inside and windshield.

Vehicle did not come with dolly which was not explained at time of rental and in was forced to purchase one from the Uhaul store because there were also none to rent out. In addition, the representative left me under the impression that I'd be charged only for the mileage and the insurance, but upon returning the vehicle, I was charged two for the mileage, insurance, and rental and the rep was rude and argumentative and charged me for two days. Even though I got the vehicle the day before at 10am and dropped the vehicle off the following day at 7pm and I was moving within the same city. I will never rent a vehicle from Uhaul again.

NO ONE INSIDE UHAUL LOCATION WORE MASKS. Please enforce stricter mask regulations. Would make the whole process a lot less stressful.


Neither employee wore a mask even when asked to do so and despite a city ordinance requiring them and despite extremely high COVID numbers.
