Still waiting to receive my bill, was told one price when truck was returned at drop off but was charged a different amount when I received an email from my bank when bill was charged by Uhaul, but didn't have any paper work or email to referrence different charges. firstname.lastname@example.org

The roof to the UHaul needed to be patched. They did it after I got there but it wasn't completely sealed. There was also almost no gas in the vehicle. I got a credit on my account for the roof leak and the gas but I wish it had been truly ready for me. I think they handled it well, but the leak could have really damaged my things.

I arrived at 7:00am when the store was supposed to be open. I had made a reservation for a small truck 5 weeks ago. When I arrived, the store was locked and there was no UHaul person there. I made several calls to the local and national UHaul numbers and finally ended up talking to customer service. They called the store manger, no answer, they called the district manager, no answer. I waited until 8:15 am, and still no one from UHaul arrived. Insult to injury, UHaul charged my credit card for the rental. And two days later they have only refunded part of the charge. I will NEVER do business with this UHAUL location again. And, I will look for any alternative to UHAUL before I rent with them.

The mileage provided was not enough. I went straight from picking up the truck to where I was loading it and then straight to the location to unload it. I was 40 miles short. Seems like U-Haul would give you a a better buffer for mileage.

I was automatically "upgraded" from a 10 foot to 17 foot, even though I specifically shopped around for a 10 foot since a 17 foot wouldn't work on my driveway. There should be some of option to fill out acceptable upgrades so that doesn't happen. It was a hassle to get switched back to a 10 foot. Also, the vehicle had the tire pressure light on when I received it.

Truck wasn’t ready through mobile app pick-up even though I reserved it for 8am. Manager who’s number was on the app did not answer the # provided. Store opened 20 mins late. Long story short- it took an hour & a half longer to get my truck than what I reserved it for.

I went through the most returning to the truck. Starting W customer service I was transferred every time I called. I had to do a self service online for after hours I was unable to login bc I had no email saved to my account I never went through so much renting & dropping off. Worst experience ever,

I wanted the smallest vehicle and contracted the 10 foot truck. I confirmed this multiple times in spite of being offered an upgrade. When I picked up the truck, I was given no choice, 15 foot truck. The employee was excellent and told me there was nothing he could do. It rained and I was uncomfortable with the size of the truck, a lousy stressful experience!

I'm assuming that Malcolm is either the manager or at least a member of management. He went above and beyond with assisting me with my rental. Malcolm is very respectful, courteous and mannerable. In these days and times it's very rare to have a young person address you with "yes sir and no sir". If Malcolm isn't management then U-haul is making a mistake and will lose him to a company that appreciates what he has to offer.

I was mislead about the price I was told I would receive money back if I returned equipment early and not only did I return equipment 2day early I was charged for over mileage when I was told I had unlimited mileage I think someone in your operation is not honest about your products because I would have gone with Peniskie and charge a whole lot less. I will be making quite a few more trips like the one I just made from south Carolina to Alabama because I am moving and I assure you I will be looking elsewhere for an honest price. Very disappointed I have at least 3 more hauls and I also have a big mouth and will be spreading the word about what happened ed to me to my friends in person and on the internet. So sorry

trailer had a alignment issue. pulled to the left once loaded. did not notice issue with trailer unloaded. Informed people at drop off location. hopefully they will fix before next person rents out.
