Lady at the counter was sweet but truck was just dirty. I’ve seen better but other than that it was ok.

Took me an hour to get the truck because I couldn’t get customer service to call me when I completed check in but couldn’t get the key. Had to enter number for other people, all of whom were sleeping because it was early on Saturday morning. Finally got it worked out and my phone was over half dead. Needed the map to get to my destination and found the charging port in the truck wasn’t functional. I won’t be using the mobile app to pick up a truck again.

RICHARD MCustomer service during operating hours at this location is fantastic. After-hours drop off is hard to manage for folks that are not technology savvy. Thankfully, we had a youngster with us to complete this process using the U-Haul app, or we would've found it difficult.
reed BTo mechanical issues I didn't get there till after they had closed but I dropped my trailer and parking lot and clean return clean very clean and returned you know I didn't get used but one day and had to pay for seven that was horrible.
