I would tell them if they can choose another drop off place in Greenville please don't use White horse road drop off point she is so disrespectful she don't like people and I feel like she just don't like her job and she don't do it well at all and she's very nasty

Pick your process need serious improvement. The app didn’t work and requiring 3 types of verification is overkill and useless when only one person is needed to verify virtually. My rating has nothing to do with the location but the process itself.
Ian ELocation did not understand pickup process and I had to call support for confirmation of process and to get location manager on phone to support. Soon after I picked up truck and trailer, I received a call saying they did not have trailer and that portion was canceled on my reservation. I then had to call support again to get trailer added back to my reservation since it was already in my possession.
JASON BThe pick up location was good. The U-Haul app, however, is not at all user-friendly. It took us over an hour to schedule our pick up and drop off in the app and then somehow it kept trying to send us to a whole other state that we never put in.
