When someone opts for an appliance hand truck and there isn't one going to be available the customer needs to be notified ahead of time, not upon arrival. The rep at the desk did little to help try and find one at another location and had to be prodded to call a location, they suggested, before the customer was told to try there. The truck leaked the rain and the bed had to be mopped with towels before loading. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I will never use that location again.

Process was quick and easy
RICHARD CThe team at the Woodruff facility were friendly and made the truck drop-off easy.
MICHAEL ADid app check in and just needed the keys. Two people at the counter, one customer with a mini-storage payment issue. The one worker said the other person needed to do it, and did not know anything I asked. The other person could here me even when I said I just need the keys. After 10 or so minutes I was served and the person said, "well they could have done that". Told me the truck was all the way in the back of the property, but three were up front. It was raining and my ride had left. Come to find out, I found it in the front parked in a very difficult position to get out. The wiper blades were destroyed and it was very difficult to see in the rain and very loud. The check engine light was on. The gear shifter was sloppy and hard to get the proper gear. The back of the truck was filthy and I had to stop to buy a broom to clean it out before I could load it with new furniture. This is the worse experience out of my 20+ U-HAUL rentals and will consider other options next time, and if U-HAUL, it will not be this location.
