Hospitality and customer service were fantastic, the only thing that was a big inconvenience and a waste of time was the amount of time and effort trying to proceed with the Uhaul website. I spent nearly an hour and a half waiting for the server to load and every time I kept getting an error message which killed 2hours of my precious TIME! Please do something about the website!
