Used truck for emergency recovery and transport for a friend home after a motorcycle accident. Location was a field with a shed. Picked up truck without human interaction in an after hours situation. Did everything remotely via my phone. Had a remote scheduling person in some far away place assist with the check in and combination lock box. I was a little skeptical but it worked flawlessly. Well done!

NELDA C.Place was locked at 10:15 am was supposed to open at 10:00am. We called two days in a row prior to arrival asking to confirm truck would be there and time of opening. NONE of our messages were returned and no one was at the location. We had to sit on hold for 10 minutes on the UHAUL 800 number then they had to find some one from another location to come and give us the key. We were WAY behind schedule. The truck was full of dirt and trash. We had to sweep it out BEFORE we could even use it.
EARL W.The office smelled really bad and the guy that was running it was very sexist. He also kept lying and was very slow when he knew we needed to make it quick. We had an appointment at 10 and it was almost 11 when he got there. I don't recommend this place especially if you are a female.
