My experience was exactly everything I needed. I had to find last minute rental due to another local company’s failure in providing me the service I had reserved over a month in advance. This location and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I will always use and recommend you to all my friends and family.
DELORIS RMake sure to include all of the equipment ordered. I ordered three different dollies and received none of them. I was charged for all of them even though I checked that I didn’t receive them. Now I have to wait three days for the dispute to go through after I contacted help. I had injured and disabled people helping me move and not having the proper equipment made this very difficult. The phone process for checking the UHaul out was lengthy, but I understand the need.
MICHELLE MAfter I called the previous Friday to confirm they would have my truck, they said yes, not a problem. I showed up at 10am, when they supposedly opened and no one was there. I called the number on the door and I woke the dude up. I told him I had a rental to pickup and no one was onsite to assist me. He said I could do everything thru the app while I waited for him to show up and give me the keys. He said he would be there in 15 minutes…35 minutes later he shows up with his kid. I told him I took care of everything I could thru the app. He finally figured out where the keys were however a random SUV was blocking the truck in. He couldn’t find the keys so I told him to move the other UhAul truck and I could pull mine out. An hour later after he almost side swiped my truck into another UhAul truck! He ask me if I checked the back and I told him I didn’t work for UhAul. Finally he pulled out a dolly and I blew the cigarette ash out of the cab I was FINALLY on my way with less than 3/4 a tank of gas. WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! FIRE THAT DUDE!
