ERIN GIf I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The truck I reserved was not available when I arrived on time, and the staff showed zero accountability. No apology, no help—just indifference. I had to wait over an hour with no updates, only to be offered a smaller truck that didn’t fit my needs. To make matters worse, the vehicle they gave me was filthy inside, smelled terrible, and felt unsafe to drive. The customer service line was equally unhelpful—long wait times and no real solutions, just scripted responses. U-Haul wasted my time, money, and energy during a move that was already stressful. I will never use them again and I’d strongly advise others to look elsewhere. You’re better off with a company that values your time and offers at least basic reliability.
