To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my formal dissatisfaction with the service Steve’s Flowers and Gifts received from U-Haul during the recent Valentine's Day holiday. As a florist in Indianapolis, we rely on pre-booked rentals to manage our peak delivery volume, yet our experience this year was highly problematic. Despite our reservations, the vehicles were not available at our designated pickup location. This forced our team to visit multiple sites to secure the necessary equipment, resulting in a significant loss of time and money during our busiest period of the year. Furthermore, we were recently contacted regarding "wrong location fees" for several returns. These vehicles were only returned to alternate locations because U-Haul failed to provide them at our primary, convenient location as originally scheduled. It is disappointing that after the logistical challenges and lost sales caused by these fulfillment errors, we are now being charged additional fees for a situation created by U-Haul’s inability to follow through on our booking.
