The truck did not have a ramp in which we were not informed of this when we rented the truck. Having a ramp would of been helpful with loading and unloading our furniture, as well as most likely would of prevented injuries that were incurred. For future renters it is best to either make sure you inform them properly that this particular truck does not have a ramp. Had we known we would not of rented it and wasted our money.
