They really helped us out. It was Thanksgiving weekend the place that I was supposed to pick up my truck was closed. They sent me to another place miles away, They were closed. This was the only place that was open. We explained what was going on and what we had already went through. We were moving my Father in Law's things because he had a stroke and won't be able to live by himself. They were very nice and very helpful. We really appreciate everything they did and would like to thank them.

BETHZAIDA HThe location was great and the staff was great. The uhaul online help and customer service, not so much. Kept getting kicked around to different people who were very happy to help me as long as I repeated myself to each one, since none of them had been appraised of the previous conversation. Also having to download some stupid app to check my truck in was absolutely ridiculous, I'm glad it ended up not being charged for that cause I would have been super pissed. Whoever came up with that idea needs to be fired and not allowed to do any job other than flip burgers. Insanity. I dont know how you expect your older clients to understand that process, I'm young enough to understand it and find it repulsive. This experience has really left a sour feeling about Uhaul and it may very well end up being my first and last rental ever with your company.
TIMOTHY SSome of our stuff we had to move got wet due to a leak in the back of the truck. This is a problem that needs to be addressed so others belongings do not get ruined also. The people at this location though were very friendly, and helpful. Just the truck did not meet our expectations due to water damage that occurred to our belongings while using this truck.
