Really impressed with this location. I retrieved the truck via my phone. Great cell service, no problems renting. This is not the locations fault but I had trouble completing the return (all of the pictures that Uhaul wants for the return would not download) but this location still did not charge me the $20 convenience fee and I thought that was very caring and nice of them.

WILLIAM HThe moving blankets that we rented were wet inside the bag and smelled awful. When we tried to call about getting refunded for it, the hold time was 30 minutes and we didn’t have that long to sit and wait on the phone.
Stephen HMake sure all equipment ordered is actually in the truck. We ordered an appliance dolley that was not in the truck. We wasted almost 40 minutes on the phone trying to informed the company that we did not have the truck. There only fix is you can drive back to the location to pick it up but will charge you for the additional miles there and back (which they were closed😡). So then the money was returned for the dolley. So frustrating not mention the labor lifting and carrying all the appliances!
