Back of truck was filthy, had to spend time cleaning it and even then had to put protectant coverings on my belongings so they wouldn't get dirty.

William MMy brother went to pick up the trailer u-haul for me because I had a maintenance appointment at home and couldn’t go myself. When my brother was turning in the trailer the manager and/or supervisor told him to park the trailer into a spot where there was already another trailer parked. When my brother informed him he couldn’t park it there the manager argued with him not even going outside until management was leaving the premises. This incident left a negative impression on my brother, who was simply following instructions. There was a subsequent apology from another employee after. I believe better communication and understanding could have prevented the misunderstanding.
Jacob HExcellent location. I rented after hours and was very pleased with the room to get to the truck and the ease of location of the lock box and keys. Truck was in great shape and ready to go !!!
