Well I that didn't have cash to be able to give me my refund, then they checked in my equipment the day after I returned it, whichever caused me owing more money & placed me on alert, then I spent my afternoon trying to resolve, then the field agent contacted me, after renting u hauls 20 yrs this was one of the worst returns I ever dealt with,
