GORDON SSomeone called me to tell me another person was waiting on my truck. I had scheduled moving help at 1:00, but they wanted it returned at 10:00. I don't blame the person who called me for the misunderstanding, but I don't know how I was expected to return it before it was unloaded.
EDWIN AThe cab was filthy, including debris on the floorboard and what appeared to be blood on the jump seat between the two seats. The windows were filthy. The steering wheel, shifter and other controls were sticky from grime and filth I hate to imagine. Factor in the stench and you are getting a sense of the poor quality service provided. And then there were the cockroaches in the back of the truck. We were completely disgusted by the condition of the vehicle as we inherited it. Adding insult to injury, we were charged $25 for cleaning the vehicle, something that the licensee obviously did not do before we arrived. As we picked up after hours using the 24/7 app service, we had no choice but to accept and make the best of it. Pay more to a competitor and avoid the disgust.
