WILLIAM HAs a customer, I was very disappointed that the Friday before my pickup date on Monday, U-Haul without asking, called and e-mailed a change to the pickup location! It went from my preferred location to a Food Mart location further down the road! I contacted the original location and confirmed they did have trucks available on that Monday date! I then initiated a call to the regional office and thankfully was able to change the location back to the original location! This location (1408 Bowling Lane Griffin, Georgia 30223) was excellent and would highly recommend! Scheduling & processing my rental with Jeremiah was easy and he was very professional! I also would like to say, James at the regional office was extremely helpful! Moves are stressful enough without U-Haul unnecessarily making changes to a pre-planned schedule!
