What a great location! The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. I didn’t even know this place existed, and I’m actually glad the location near my house didn’t have a van available—otherwise I wouldn’t have discovered it. I will definitely return here the next time I need a rental. They are truly deserving of your business.

The employee was about 5 -6 minutes late opening the store, and when we tried to make the payment, their terminal and ATM were down due to a power outage the night before. Used the debit machine to get cash out, but when all was said and done, I had already lost around 45 minutes of my 5 hour rental. The employee was very friendly and helpful though. Parking lot is also very tight and took a few minutes to get out. The vehicle was very clean however and had about a half tank of gas.
