The employee was back and forth trying to get me signed in, while taking customer fedex returns, and making sub sandwiches for other people while he should have been checking me in. He kept leaving me to deal with other customers because his computer was lagging. He didn’t even sign me in correctly or take my drivers license before giving me the keys, due to a computer issue. I ended up then going outside, only to clean a foot of snow off my U-Haul. When it came time to return the vehicle, I was waiting for 30+ minutes to get checked out (and actually checked in since it wasn’t done before) and the employee was asking to take photos of my debit card and drivers license. He told me I wasn’t allowed to leave the store until payment was made, but due to system issues I was unable to make payment. Terrible store, terrible experience. Absolutely would not recommend.
Brittany PMy only issue was the van I rented literally smelled so bad. Like someone used it to haul manure. It was breath taking. And not in a good way.
CHRISTINE BWhat a great location! The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. I didn’t even know this place existed, and I’m actually glad the location near my house didn’t have a van available—otherwise I wouldn’t have discovered it. I will definitely return here the next time I need a rental. They are truly deserving of your business.
DEBORAH MThe employee was about 5 -6 minutes late opening the store, and when we tried to make the payment, their terminal and ATM were down due to a power outage the night before. Used the debit machine to get cash out, but when all was said and done, I had already lost around 45 minutes of my 5 hour rental. The employee was very friendly and helpful though. Parking lot is also very tight and took a few minutes to get out. The vehicle was very clean however and had about a half tank of gas.
