The driver's door did not close easily, and the knob on the window handle is missing, making it difficult to operate. The driver's door window was also quite dirty. None of these are major points, but they do take away from the overall experience.
LAURA GI was just short of returning the truck with the exact amount of gas and the price was stupid crazy People at location are very nice
PETER BStaff was good, the vehicle wasn’t cleaned well , the a/c didn’t work and the brakes weren’t good when the truck was empty. Transmission shifted pretty badly. Not super happy with the truck but staff and convenience of the location was good
Douglas MI had arranged to pick up for 8am & then I got there & was not able to pick up till 9 because this location doesn’t do self service pick up …. Which I didn’t know. Then I sat there & waited till 920 for someone to show up Not very convenient, as I had help arranged for 8 am.
