WILLIAM FI was pleasantly surprised at the level of courtesy and professionalism I experienced with this U-Haul location. First, the attendant at this site deserves an acclamation as employee of the month for her communication skills and customer service overall. I was literally astounded that she engaged me in conversation with a smile, offered step -by-step instructions for uploading my driver license, and cooperatively made conversation with me that did not have anything to do with the transaction. This location gets an A++ for the engaging attendant but also the cleanliness of the truck I rented. It was immaculate and I do not say that lightly as my cleanliness standards are high. In addition the driving experience surprised me even more as it appeared to be a newer truck with top--shelf steering capability and was a joy to drive. My two prior experiences with this location were not the best and the opposite of what I have described her. The new attendant and her attention to detail as well as her pleasant demeanor made the difference!
