Drop off location was not the issue. The problem was when we showed up to return the vehicle at the address we had been given we were told that our drop off location was 25 miles away. WRONG. communication efforts in U-hauls part was not sufficient. Additionally, why would you give me a drop off 25 Miles out of the way? Bad Business on your part. As good as Chris was when I picked up the truck the drop off experience ruined our overall vibe. You guys are dropping the ball when you ask a one way drop off to go 25 miles (ONE WAY!!!!!!). Boooooo’
