WILLIAM SHad sign on door be back in 10mins. Waited 30min. The front tires were bald on a 15ft truck!!!! Called and said I wanted a manager to call me and for my son to be compensated. Still waiting for a phone call over a week!!!! I won't be using uhaul again. Terrible company. I will post a Google review as well. As long as the got their money!!! Shame on you. Safety should be your number one goal!!! BALD TIRES!!!
Richard BLast night at 7:30 pm, I dropped off the Uhaul Trailer in your Bridge Street, Groton location . There was no personel present, so I attempted to use your app. There was NO "Return of trailers " icon. I tried to use the phone near the front door of the office but it was out of order. I then tried to call Uhaul, but there was a 15 minute wait. The 12' Trailer is in parking spot # 21.
