I felt rushed and the staff did not provide an opportunity for me to inspect the equipment with them. Neither the truck nor the trailer was clean. There was makeup and trash in the truck. Staff was professional but not very helpful in the process. I left feeling uncertain and worried that I had made a terrible mistake in renting the equipment.
