I was ready to drop off on Thursday evening, but the app wouldn’t open, so I drug the empty trailer around for another night so that I could drop it off during business hours. Their posted hours were 8:00 AM to 3 PM. I arrived at 8:10 AM. The neon open sign was lit and the outer office door was unlocked. No one was there. I called a posted number for urgent contact. Answering machine. Again the U-Haul app wouldn’t open not open (Opps screen). I struggled to find a number to call since it was in the app. Eventually reached someone who said I could check in through the browser without the app. At the point where I was able to unhitch the trailer, I could not lift it myself since I had torn my hamstring on Saturday. I had two movers with me the night before to lift it, but I did not bring assistance that morning because it was during business hours. All in all, this was the worst U-Haul drop off experience I have ever had.

Ginny PHave information on how to leave and where to leave rental equipment. We had to call uhaul directly a few times to get the return completed due to facility being closed. I can't honestly answer the survey questions.. Survey wouldn't complete unless I answered. Does not apply or not applicable should be a choice.
