The largest debacle that I've ever been a part of. Attempting to rent a truck. Reservations 3 weeks in advance mean nothing to U Haul. The wasted fuel. Time, hotels. U haul doesn't care.

ROGER POnly compliant I have is related to the on-line reservation system. I made the reservation choosing the latest available pick-up option available. I was in town visiting friends that i hadn't seen in a while and wanted to spend time with them hunting. Shortly after making the reservation I was contacted by the attendant and asked if I could come in sooner because they had scheduled an appointment that morning, prior to my reservation showing up on the system, and needed to leave by 10:00.
