The equipment ran great, but we did have to sweep out the back of the box truck before loading furniture in it. And we made sure it was swept out when we brought it back. Not that big of a deal.

Luis PAlways is confusing rental with U-haul. App shows trucks available, but then something happens that is not available yet. Happens the same with the internet site, is so confusing and not friendly with rentals. The dispatcher was rude and not helpful.
