The system was having a hard time with my location I sent a message when the woman got back in touch with me I'm so sorry I cannot remember her name but she was absolutely amazing helped me through everything from the beginning step to the end step waited till I got my key started the truck the whole bit when I tell you she was there from start to finish she was there start to finish I could not have done it without her

DAVID SI’m really upset that u-haul said the gas tank was at 5/8 when I picked the truck up when it was only at 1/2. Additionally, I’m very upset that u-haul tried to give me additional fees when I dropped the truck off when I stayed within all of the required parameters. Not happy with my u-haul experience and would not recommend to others.
NEIL kThis place was fine and the person was helpful, but it was difficult to find where I was supposed to go. Additionally, I had requested a virtual pickup but didn't see any options on the app, so I'm assuming this location doesn't have virtual pickup.
