Clean out cab and box. The brakes were ruff when hard braking.
Charles PWhen we made reservation they didn’t tell us there was no person available for pick up, didn’t tell us this was a self service thing we needed an app and code etc to even obtain keys etc. the dolly that was prepaid for wasn’t even in the truck for use and was charged for it x3 and this was a very piss poor experience as no one wants to tell anyone ahead of time all this unnecessary nonsense needed to be done in order to even pick up your rental truck so customer service obviously doesn’t explain nor do their job and tell customers any of these things so therefore wasted 45 extra minutes on the phone with someone as well as had download an app and wait around to get an explanation as to how to figure these things out myself as well as it being at a tow company as well so obviously was going to call their number to get help which the free state towing guy was a nice asshole oh sorry we don’t deal with that etc well then don’t advertise that your part of it then if it’s an inconvenience for you to answer a damn phone call and answer questions kinda fucking rude and ridiculous wouldn’t recommend using that company either if that’s how they speak to people I’d go elsewhere then free state towing! Learn customer service people skills or find a different job! Simple!
