At pickup, there was less than 1/4 tank (44 miles to empty) of gas in the vehicle. The employee at the store insisted that I just had to put that amount back in when I returned it. In fact, I left the tank with more gas than when I picked it up (56 miles to empty). I was penalized and forced to pay for 1/8 of a tank because at pickup they marked it as 1/4 tank, and at dropoff they marked it as 1/8. So not only did I put more gas in than was required, I had to pay a penalty!

KANU RTruck was a mess, I had to sweep out the back at the store it had seeds and garbage everywhere the cab was full of garbage in the doors and in the console. If I had returned this rental in this manner I'm sure I'd be charged by Uhaul so technically I should receive some sort compensation for cleaning it.
Matthew Thaving to take a picture of drivers license and having to give credit card info was extream .I should be able to pay at the store and get receipt without having to give all the personal information and have some one having a picture of all that info. In this day and age with all the scams going on will be looking for another place to get what i need. Also owner should have ask about insurance as most drivers have there own but instead they add it to the bill with out asking if you want it.
