I got overcharged and the place I booked it from can not help me. I called the customer service and no response.
KANU RTruck was a mess, I had to sweep out the back at the store it had seeds and garbage everywhere the cab was full of garbage in the doors and in the console. If I had returned this rental in this manner I'm sure I'd be charged by Uhaul so technically I should receive some sort compensation for cleaning it.
Matthew Thaving to take a picture of drivers license and having to give credit card info was extream .I should be able to pay at the store and get receipt without having to give all the personal information and have some one having a picture of all that info. In this day and age with all the scams going on will be looking for another place to get what i need. Also owner should have ask about insurance as most drivers have there own but instead they add it to the bill with out asking if you want it.
MICHEL BIt was going well until they tried to steal from me playing games with fuel. I filled it up with more then I got it with. Thanks for always being crap U-Haul.
