Very good experience, attendants were friendly and the Van was well maintained.
Erika IAt pickup, there was less than 1/4 tank (44 miles to empty) of gas in the vehicle. The employee at the store insisted that I just had to put that amount back in when I returned it. In fact, I left the tank with more gas than when I picked it up (56 miles to empty). I was penalized and forced to pay for 1/8 of a tank because at pickup they marked it as 1/4 tank, and at dropoff they marked it as 1/8. So not only did I put more gas in than was required, I had to pay a penalty!
Adam CClerk was very friendly and accommodating and helpful! Very easy process from start to finish!
Lois MI got overcharged and the place I booked it from can not help me. I called the customer service and no response.
