I ordered two dollies and blankets. None of them were inside. Also, gas tank was zero so instead of doing moving, I had to go to gas station. So I had to waste my time and gas come back to get dollies from another truck.

Every time I rent a truck from here, it's really dirty on the inside...this time it was the opposite- it was filthy on the outside. The inside merely smelled like a bunch of cats were let loose... I only rent there because it's literally across the street from me- however, I feel that it's time to start renting from another location...
ARLYNE NI repeatedly reported a serious issue with this truck related to the transmission, but the vehicle was not repaired. The truck has increased fuel consumption and is unsafe to drive, which created a dangerous situation. Additionally, the staff at this location was very rude and unhelpful. This experience was extremely disappointing.
Natallia KThis U-Haul is located inside a grocery store. I picked up my truck, I was moving within a few blocks. I was not counting on having to move my stuff manually down three flights of stairs due to broken elevator. I tried calling to extend my lease one more day but nobody was available. I returned the truck and the man at the counter had a negative attitude. He said I had to drop the key at the drop box located on the wall, next to the entrance door. I told him I needed some sort of receipt to prove that I returned the truck on time (actually, 2 hours before cut-off), with the tank full, clean and no damages. He said that the manager would deal with that and that was that. I have to check out my bill to make sure it was properly billed. Unfortunately, I was unable to submit my review due to health issues.
