The contact person was not onsite to communicate with regarding the reservation and the person who was onsite didn’t seem to know what to do. It was a lot of back and forth phone calls to get the information relayed from me (the customer) and the onsite person to get the keys, which all took a significant amount of time. There wasn’t much guidance provided on how to go about getting the truck, who to talk to, and it was an instant regret I chose this location. Then I didn’t feel like I could cancel and go to an actual U-Haul location in fear of being charged a fee. Just all around seemed unprofessional and made me feel very uneasy. Will never make that mistake again!
Kristen RI returned equipment and the person there didn't tell me to go online and check it in nor did he check my equipment in. I was also charged for the insurance when I told the guy I didn't need it as my car insurance covered it. I'm very disappointed in this location and we should have been notified that there were not always English speaking people to help you. They called someone who spoke English and he told me to just parked the trailer back where I got it and then it didn't get checked in and received a text saying it was late.
