The truck had a brake light out and the road service department gave the towing company the wrong address for the location of the truck which had not even left the lot at the time. I spent 2 and a half hours waiting for the repair to be done after I signed the truck out. The people at the Hamden Filling station were excellent but the Uhaul representative was the worst.

Location was horrible. There was no cell service to be able to properly use the app. Also the wrong keys were in the lock box that I was given a code to, took an hour to get the truck picked up due to having the Hamden station needing to assist me.
