Ann MMy ordered equipment wasn't available, and they didn't tell me until I arrived to pick up the truck. Worse, the mileage at pickup was wrong and it wouldn't let me update it even with a photo. I called support before leaving the lot, they assured me I wouldn't be charged for the extra mileage. I was charged for 150 miles I didn't drive.
