I wasn't informed that it was a two day rental because it was a little over 100 miles. So I paid $244 for a rental that lasted less than 24 hours. It was picked up about 5PM and returned the next day at 12:30 in the afternoon I would like to see if I could get a little bit of a refund.
Craig DTrailer was obviously old (as evidenced by the 55mph stickers on the fenders) the latch was rusty and the lights stopped working at some point during the trip.
THOMAS CThe van had a bad sensor saying that the rear door was ajar (it wasn't). The staff did tell me about it, so it was just a minor annoyance. Best to get that fixed though.
