The return was a very easy process.
Michael SSqueaky brakes, otherwise fine. Lot is too small and will achieve gridlock, mark my words. The app is a disgrace to use. It fails multiple times, loading times are terrible on great internet connection, drains my battery more than anything. The app was clearly created by people who simply are not passionate about what they're doing, it's obvious in their work. Overall a very negative experience but I was able to put stuff in a box truck and move it, just after some ridiculously useless steps. And for the last time, no I do not want the warranty. No I do not want movers to help me. No I do not need storage. Ever heard of checking items off a list? You people need to get a grip.
JOHN CWe had to wait 1 hour I didn’t know this was a lock box we wasn’t aware and know one told me. Not only that they are open Monday Thur Friday I needed it on a Saturday. I rent the truck a lot I was disappointed. I just want to be prepared because we had to be somewhere at a certain time and we got there super late. Had to pay a late fee.
Tyisha MHave the rental agreement state the proper information. It listed the wrong drop off location. The one I used was one block from my house.
