Terrible service. Reserved with pads and dolly. None of these available with pick-up. Van was muddy inside, filthy. Overcharged including a 'cleaning fee' of $25, for a van I received in a filthy state. Not impressed. Pursuing a full refund.

The convenience of being able to pick up a vehicle after hours is excellent. However, having to take pictures, and navigate the app is something I would avoid in the future. I rather go to your rental locations and work with customer service.
Erica CTruck was very dirty inside the cab of truck, I also had to vacuum the back of van so I could load furniture without getting the furniture dirty.

JAMIE GI had trouble understanding the guy behind the counter. He was pleasant and everything. The back of the van had dirt in it so we had to sweep it out. Not a big deal, but not what you should expect.
