Right from the moment that I put my booking through. If there were errors. Two bookings were created under two different names. The day of my pickup I was told that my vehicle was not there.... Customer service at the pickup location was extremely rude right from the beginning. I was spoken too horribly I was hung up on. So first I would improve on the communication of the bookings. My U-Haul vehicle was filthy. My personal belongings were covered with dirt and debris. I was told several times by the employees at the pickup location that he didn't care because they did not receive payment that they were not actually U-Haul. I was told nothing was their problem. Everything was my own problem and to contact U-Haul which I've done. So I would highly recommend better service in all areas. When I had issues and had to contact U-Haul it was long wait times and the employers made multiple errors during my booking?. So I would suggest just overall better service in every way!

Hi there. Thanks for the feedback opportunity. It was great to go to the local convenience store and rent the cargo van. I had a couch to take to the local dump and I thought it was going to cost me $20 plus tax. Somehow, my bill is $80. I see a large fee for gas but it was 6km to the transfer station. How much gas is needed for 12km? I would say your next customer needs to consider this info for a short trip. Thx.

Melissa ATerrible service. Reserved with pads and dolly. None of these available with pick-up. Van was muddy inside, filthy. Overcharged including a 'cleaning fee' of $25, for a van I received in a filthy state. Not impressed. Pursuing a full refund.
GEORGE MThe convenience of being able to pick up a vehicle after hours is excellent. However, having to take pictures, and navigate the app is something I would avoid in the future. I rather go to your rental locations and work with customer service.
