Staff is friendly and quick. But the athmosphefe is creepy. I think it’s location. Not actual people.

Was charged an extended rental rate despite returning vehicle before window was over. Workers at this location failed to check the car in at the appropriate time, resulting in this additional charge. Now have an ongoing dispute open with UHaul. Will not be renting from this location or any UHaul ever again.

Joe AI am not happy with the extra fuel charges bcz i used only 13 kms and I refilled fuel 4 ltrs even i can show gas transaction even then i was charged for extra 6 ltrs fuel ….how a truck can consume 10 ltrs fuel for just 13 kms….one more thing if fuel is less then they have to physically check truck and told us about that while when we dropped truck …really bad
