They told me I drove over 250 km in less than 3 hours that I had the van... tried to charge me $147 when my bill actually was only $60. I was beyond furious and took a while before they figured out what the problem was. I had other errands to do and places to be. And then once the problem was finally sorted out - they weren't able to refund the money back on my debit card because the machine wouldn't work... Just a terrible experience overall.

Tires were worn and van because it was raining slide side ways on the road when stopping at lights and taking off from lights at low speed. This was reported to clerk upon return of van.

This is a convenience store location. "Tanya" the clerk at the counter was very rude and was glued to her cell phone talking to someone in a different language, ignored me and served 3 convenience store customers before serving me without even having the courtesy to ask if I was ok with this. I wouldn't rent from this location again.

The lady took forever to acknowledge me she was on the phone She did NOT do a walk around with me Got the truck home and opened the back and it was discusting it was filled with stuff all over the floor and smelled of animal poop...i did take picture and can send to you. I paid $301 for the truck...100 MORE than what i was told when i booked the truck...there was no ramp and no dolly on the truck WORST ECPERIANCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH UHAUL....so upset and discusted Robin Canning email@example.com

I was not able to pick up the truck at Jerseyville Garage so I had to drive to Limeridge road. When I got to the location to pick up the truck, they only had one dolly instead of two and half the furniture pads I ordered.

Client continously called our phone and told us to return the rental because an abused woman needed the truck immediately She verbally abused us and called my father an asshole She threatened to double charge us and put an xtra fee on our. The lady at Big Bear on Limeridge Rd. West was very pleasant to talk to but continued to have a conversation in her language with another individual on her cellphone while serving me. The other thing that I wanted to mention was that I was quoted a price of $118.76 for a van and I told them that I would be going 300 Kms . When she put it into the computer it came to $158.00 and she said that it was an approximate figure. When I brought the vehicle back my charges were $139.00 approximately. That was still over my original quote and I only went 250 kms. Can someone please call me and tell me how this happens? I had an agreement of $118.76 and I still paid $139.00 with less kilometres used. I would like to be refunded at least the difference between the two figures if not all of the charges paid for on my credit card which was provided when I booked the vehicle the original phone call.

It took more than half an hour to pick up the truck. The convenience store is short of staff and there was only person taking care of all the business other than the truck rental.

Equipment I ordered was not functional (dead battery). I was given a larger vehicle as a replacement, but this vehicle was poorly maintained (bad shocks, engine required tuning).

The location I preferred was right next to the location I was moving from, but instead I had to drive across town to get the truck. slightly inconvenient. Also, the inside windows of the truck were dirty, hard a hard time seeing as it looks like something was sprayed on them and I can't reach to clean windows but didn't have time for someone else to do it for me.

Clean snow off vehicle for customer. Do not make customer go take picture of mileage because it's too cold outside. When you expect a vehicle to come back in perfect condition, a customer expects the vehicle to be given to them in perfect condition that includes scraping the ice off the windows and mirrors.

Can't even manage to correctly check that the vehicle arrived on time. Only after I received an email and I called three times (2 of which they hung up on me) did they actually notice the truck was there. You need to get your act together. I'll be making a complaint about your "services" to the applicable government agency.
