the guy was the worst customer attending. i explicitly asked that worker that is it possible to drop the truck at another location and he told me yes anywhere in the city. and i did that and next day i recieved a call from the company that where's the truck u have to park that truck at a different location. smh be clear at the beginning ended up paying extra money

moving blanket pkgx were already open, I never used them. Reservation info said that I was NOT guaranteed truck until I heard from a uhaul rep, 24 hrs b4 my move! I was on hold for 1.5 hrs 2 be told the rep would call me. Then, I tried 2 change the drop off location and after ANOTHER 1.5 hrs on hold with the Sudbury district uhaul, was told that I could drop it off at ANY location in Sudbury. I DON'T have 3 hrs 2 waste on MOVE DAY!

Van was not cleaned before I picked up. Cigarette butts found in back of van. Smell of smoke in cab. Cup holders filled with dirt and food crumbs. Could tell it was a new van and drove fine. Just not impressed with the lack of detail put into it before pick up.

Not impressed with UHaul. I ordered a truck in a location near where we live and last minute received notification that I had to travel a longer distance to get it. The front of the truck was clean, but the space in the back was dirty. Not impressed with the business model of UHaul. Need to ensure better standards across all your satellite pick up spots and avoid last minute changes for your clients. UHaul itself is not preparing its partner businesses for success.

I reserved a rental van close to my house and uhaul switch it to a further location....had to pay for the extra 20 km. In addition the van smelled like pig fesses which stayed on the clothes.

The sales associate was very helpful and accommodating. However, it looks as though there is a billing error. There are two charges on my credit card one is accurate @ $166.11 and another charge for $226.00 should have been cancelled due to a change in drop off date. Contract# 83733606 is correct. 83172273 $226.00 should be cancelled and credited to my card.

The Van I just recently rented was really dirty and smells. Need big time cleaning and vacuuming. I felt itchy all over my body after I used it and the air coming from the vent was very smell and dusty. My allergy triggered badly. Please do proper maintenance of cleaning after someone used it so the next person that will use it won't suffer.

Terrible service. Convenience store worker did not seem to know how to use the U-Haul system. Truck interior (storage component) was dirty with a greasy slime on the floor. Truck had damage but worker did nothing to record it when I pointed it out.

Let’s see. Entire fleet covered in ice and snow 3 days after storm. First truck was stuck. Had to switch to another and clean off all the snow and ice and get out from the help of another CUSTOMER, not even an enployee. There was a completely unhelpful employee that could not leave the store to check the mileage and gas level and made me take a photo to show her when I returned. Completely the worst experience will never go there again.

This location was understaffed. There was one single staff member serving 4 families who had all reserved online - there should be more staff support especially at the end of the month when lots of people are moving accommodations and when the online reservation timeslots would have clearly shown a need for more staffing.

It took 2 hours to process the application, mainly credit-card payment. One person dealing with Uhaul and variety store business. At the end a truck full of snow was given. When I asked who is suppose to clean the snow of the trunk. The answer was its not our business. ___________________________ Summary: since I took the time to Submit a Review., question for you: Do you think I should rent from Uhaul again?

They told me I drove over 250 km in less than 3 hours that I had the van... tried to charge me $147 when my bill actually was only $60. I was beyond furious and took a while before they figured out what the problem was. I had other errands to do and places to be. And then once the problem was finally sorted out - they weren't able to refund the money back on my debit card because the machine wouldn't work... Just a terrible experience overall.

This is a convenience store location. "Tanya" the clerk at the counter was very rude and was glued to her cell phone talking to someone in a different language, ignored me and served 3 convenience store customers before serving me without even having the courtesy to ask if I was ok with this. I wouldn't rent from this location again.

The lady took forever to acknowledge me she was on the phone She did NOT do a walk around with me Got the truck home and opened the back and it was discusting it was filled with stuff all over the floor and smelled of animal poop...i did take picture and can send to you. I paid $301 for the truck...100 MORE than what i was told when i booked the truck...there was no ramp and no dolly on the truck WORST ECPERIANCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH UHAUL....so upset and discusted Robin Canning canning2005@hotmail.com
