My overall experience this weekend with UHaul was unsatisfactory. I reserved at truck for pick up at different location only to learn after 30 mins of that the system was down and I couldn’t get a truck. Mobile check in very difficult to use. No one was on site despite being told there would be someone available 24/7. The customer service rep on the phone was pleasant but in training and unable to help much. We sourced another truck from a different location, reserved online and picked it up. Drove approximately 10 mins home and loaded the truck, only to find the battery was completely dead. Truck likely not maintained. Roadside assistance reps dispatched a mechanic. Texts with updates were not through app. Battery needed to be replaced. Missed move in window

This rental was too expensive I had the truck for less than an hour and drove an overall distance of 10km and was charged $61
jake dGood day! about your app, there is a confusing part that hard to explain. You may want to add more steps or pop-window or something to separate the check-in and return truck. It is not clear for me that leading me that I have to call customer service to fix it as I double uploaded the same info for two different steps.
YIDI FUhaul main system was down and it took an hour to get the truck rentat even though I preregistered.
